1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for The Atelier, a digital service operated by XION LABS. By purchasing a subscription, credits, or other paid digital features for The Atelier, you agree to the terms below.
2. When a Refund Is Available
A refund may be provided only if the purchased service has not been used.
For purposes of this policy, a service is considered unused only when, after the relevant purchase, you have not accessed, activated, or consumed any paid functionality connected to that purchase. This includes not using subscription benefits, not consuming credits, and not using paid AI-powered or premium features.
For yearly subscriptions, we may review and approve a refund request only if the yearly service has not been used.
3. Monthly Subscription Rule
For monthly subscriptions, users may stop future auto-renewal at any time to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
However, the current month is non-refundable. Once a monthly billing period has started, we will not refund that current month, even if auto-pay is later turned off.
4. No Refund After Use
Once any part of the paid service has been used, no refund will be provided.
This no-refund rule applies if you have, for example, used premium access, consumed credits, generated AI outputs, used virtual try-on or styling features tied to the purchase, or otherwise received the benefit of the paid service.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your yearly purchase qualifies because the service was not used, contact support promptly and include your purchase details, account email, transaction ID, and the reason for your request.
If your purchase was made through Apple App Store or Google Play, your refund may also be subject to that platform's billing and refund procedures, and you may need to submit the request through the platform directly.
6. Review of Requests
We reserve the right to verify account activity, feature usage, and transaction information before approving any refund request. If our records show that the purchased service was used, the request will be denied.
7. Non-Transferable Purchases
Purchases are tied to the account used to make the purchase and are not transferable between users or accounts unless required by law.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of The Atelier after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
